Everytime you turn around are state or countries are making foolish laws to cover up the deception of our leaders, I am not saying that making stricter laws are foolish but im saying why should we make tougher emmision laws when us Americans dont even follow the simple laws such as: No litering etc... when you turn around there's trash on the streets. So why should we believe that Americans would stop there ignorance and follow these rules. What im trying to say is why is are government wasting their time trying to make more laws on top of the other it makes no sense and it seems very complicated they drip sweat for another fellow citizen to dissobey them all we do is stress them out more and make their confidence down, and that makes it hard to run our country.challenges are for the better but not in this situation people cause global warming and it seems like the government isnt doing anything about it. We walk around prevaricating and turn around and try to cover it up. humans think "why is he/she driving around in that car its so passe our universe is caste'd and were not fixing it.

To stop global warming we need to do something. And we need to do it now.

Some people may not follow this law, just as any. But, some will: and that is all that matters. And, how can we possibly expect to do anything, if we don't start somewhere. These laws aren't tough enough, but we need to make it a slow transition. We can't just jump right in, no one can cope quickly enough. And eventually, they will become tougher.Just as they need to be. There is no way the government could pass off 'tougher' laws so quickly.

Not just that but do we as citizens take the government seriously no none of us do we just pass on by and if u stand up and try to convince amnericans that we need to do something 90% wont listen and thats the thing we spend time and time trying to make things better but its just not that easy and your right at somepoint but we have tried so many things to help and people seem to say there to busy to recycle their to busy for this for that well thats not a good enough excuse because you go around saying your to busy to take to time and fix ourchildrens future are grandchildrens future because of your ignorance that is definetly unnecceptable and very dissapointing

Do emissions laws have anything to do with CO2? I don't think so, They deal with smog. To argue that new laws will be ignored, there should be evidence presented that current laws are not obeyed. Poor debate, because no factual grounds were established by either side. Con forfeited; that's fatal.
