Kids these days should be able to do this. This is just an alternative for them to be able to make money without having to beg and ask parents to give them money for their own personal needs/wants. Especially when those needs/wants start to become more and more expensive as they grown.

No, children shouldn't be able to solicit without a permit. This would be a criminal act like opening up a lemonade stand.

"Police informed the two that they were in violation of a borough ordinance that outlaws unpermitted solicitation" [1].

Clearly, USA law agrees with Con.

what kind of debate is this. r u argueing with a lazy kid? think back 40 years to how hard kids worked. farther back now. now farther back.

kids need discipline. it's healthy. they will appreciate it and be more appreciable companions and citizens for it.
