No because restaurants lose money.

I believe they should because they could lose customers if they don't. BECAUSE if a nasty homeless man comes in an wants food, other customers could complain, leave and never come back. Also they are required by law to keep filth out of their restaurant or they can be sited and get in trouble with the Health Department.

I clearly can't fight anymore on this debate as my opponent will not state his side.

There is nothing wrong with the way Estibain formatted this debate. How a debate is formatted is decided completely by the instigator. It doesn't defeat the purpose of the other two rounds at all. The way I see it, this gives more room for debate or allows for a conclusion at the end.

There's no correct way to format a debate, it's all up the the instigator.

You're trying to tell me a super model receives the same service as an obese "ugly" person? come on.

And I do not think that restaurants judge people by their looks. One, it is impossible for a restaurant to do so; two, if the customer brings the restaurant money, the restaurant does not discriminate (not like it can in the first place).

I see many new people do this. You are not supposed to state your argument and reasons for your argument in the first round; it totally defeats the purpose of the other two rounds. The first round is best as an acceptance round and for clarification of the taken stance(s).
