Pro

Yes, summer brakes gives kids more time to enjoy the nice weather and they don't have to worry about school work. Also because summer brake is so short and when its time for school no one want to go, and school is longer then summer brake. their for summer brake should be longer.

Con

With now both parents usually working and having demanding careers, it becomes difficult to handle summer break. Having a longer summer break would impose even more demands on already overworked parents. Furthermore, the education of children is paramount to a successful future. A school is better staffed and equipped to deal with children and get them ready for a successful future than busy parents. Finally, children tend to forget a lot of what they learned during summer break so having a shorter summer break may be more beneficial.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro basically argues that children enjoy a longer vacation. While I'd love a longer break, Con points out parents can't handle having kids home like this, and children need the education. That heavily outweighs mere enjoyment. Therefore, Argument points to Con.
