In my opinion, USA government should not provide grants for international students, because it is waste of money. Such students will never pay it back, So, why they should study on money, which pay american citizens?

But do take this into consideration. If say a student wanting to learn Spanish and would like to major in Spanish. That person could go many ways with that. Let's just say that the USA provides 50,000 dollars to that person to be able to go to Spain. If that person gets his or her classes donw in Spain and comes back that person has many oppurtunities now. If they wanted to they could be an Ambassador for the United States or could also tutor or teach spanish. Now I am not saying that they would not need another degree for that, but what I am saying is that if that person gets a M.D. now that person could do Spanish speaking clients and English Speaking clients. This opens up many oppurunities for this person to pay back the loans.
