My sincerest apologies, friend. I accepted this debate by mistake. I am also against the 'Under God' statement in the Pledge of Allegiance. When I read about this debate, I thought that You were Pro and and that I would be Con and it was not until after I clicked Accept that I realized I had not read what side I would be debating for. Again, my apologies. you may end this debate, if you'd like, and re-post it.

Why do you think it should be left out, TillDeathDoWePart88?

#DopeFreshSaaan The very first sentence of your argument creates a complete and total paradox. 'religious freedom in a Christian perspective', the even mention of that is foolish. Freed is defined as so: The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.. So if you are to add a 'Christian perspective' to that, it then creates both a hindrance and restraint, thus denying any possibility of freedom

I for one am for it because the United States of America was founded for religious freedom in a Christion perspective and you cannot take that away. If you don't want god in the pledge of allegiance, go to another country like Syria, where if you're a woman with your face uncovered in public, you could face murder charges.
