Material is everything, from videos to subtitles, comments to video titles, thumbnails to description. Should anything be censored?

Just to be clear, you are affirming the statement: "Youtube should censor 'material?'"
If so, I'd suggest giving some definition as to material. Does that include comments, videos, etc.?
