This topic is mainly centered in liberty of expression, an issue that is so current in our society and the limits that it may include

Con

I believe that the public institutions should not have the power to restrict certain ideas, mainly those that do not hurt anyone or call for others to be hurt. In other words, saying "kill all the gays" should be restricted because it calls for committing a crime but saying "being gay is okay" is not because it reflects ones first amendment right to speech.
