This question has become one of the most discussed in this period. Many people are against abortion because of their religion. But we have to think how a young girl could feel if she discovers that she is pregnant. Science found a way to "kill" the baby before it is a real baby with a conscience. So if a girl discovers that she is pregnant but she CAN'T keep the baby because of their age or also because she hasn't got enough money. So she could be able to use this opportunity that Science gave her.

i. Natural Rights/Law Guarantee

Natural Rights are rights granted to you by nature. These rights are "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness(and/or property)." [http://billofrightsinstitute.org...]

( Natural rights are any right that exists by virtue of natural law.)

Since humans cannot be property as defined by the government in the U.S Constitution "the United States Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude"

And owning humans as property is illegal in just about every country, we can conclude with this:

Fetuses are granted life by natural law, cannot be owned, and therefore cannot be killed via decision because the parent cannot claim ownership of a human being and decide for them.

To prove they are alive, during the stages of the embryonic period, life supporting systems develop such as a heart."baby's brain, spinal cord, and heart begin to develop."
Later in this stage its brain develops more.
"baby's brain forms into five different areas. Some cranial nerves are visible."
One final piece of evidence to support my claim about it's life, it's heart continues to develop and even pump blood.
"
heart continues to grow and now beats at a regular rhythm. Blood pumps through the main vessels."

Because we have evidence it is alive, it is granted the natural right of "life" and thus, cannot be taken away by any government, which means it shouldn't be legal.

=Conclusion=

I have held my Burden of Proof that it shouldn't be legal because of natural rights meaning that it's life cannot be taken away by the government, and thus should not be legal.

Abortion is immoral.
Why should you be able to kill your baby?
