I think that children should not go to separate schools. That's because we must live in society together, so going to school together is like practice for the future. If we go to separate schools when we are younger, it will be difficult to integrate together when we are adults.

I accept your challenge. It's not like If one goes to an all boys school or an all girls school they never see girls or boys. It is not an isolation camp.

Even if the students are in separate schools, they won't have the opportunity to interact with other students the same way that they will if they are going to a co-ed school. When they are at a school that is mixed, the teachers have the opportunity to get the students comfortable with working with people of opposite genders.
Also, if someone is trans, gender neutral, or gender fluid and they are forced to go to a school that only accepts one gender or another, they will actually be in a very difficult place. It would not be comfortable for them to be trying to get an education in a place like that, but if they are going somewhere where they can be... well basically whoever they want, it might be better for them.

I do agree with you that the same opportunities will not be available, however that is not the only place where boys and girls interact. Boys interact with girls at home, in the community and just about anywhere. School is not the only place where boys and girls interact. Here are some reasons why single gender schools are good
1. Kids are less distracted. At school, boys are often distracted by girls and girls by boys because of hormones and the fact that they are teenagers. If this were a club for fun or a after school program of another sort I would understand your point, however this is school. The goal of school is to learn and learn effectively. The main goal is simply to become more educated.
2. The teachers can use teaching methods that are specific to gender. This will create more effective learning and learning that is helpful to a certain gender.
If only one gender is learning in a school it is more effective and that is proven

hey, Jaemk
I have a good argument for you. Even though boys and girls learn together in a co-ed environment, "together" is a debatable term. Boys and girls do not begin to assimilate with each other until their final years of education. :)

No way. Girls and boys are both part of the same species. HUMAN. Separating the two in schools would definitely make it more difficult for each to socialize in the future. When they will have jobs together, children together, and even get married.
