Obviously bullying should be illegal. It hurts kids and there is no reason for it. I just have to say that.
baseballkid

Con

I will be going with the fact that it would be impossible to be enforced as well as going on stating that more government in our personal lives could just make things worse.
I await pro's case.

Just because it would be hard to enforce does not mean we can't try. It would be the same as any other law. You can't really prevent people from doing drugs. You may never know if they are. There is no reason to have it legal. I now pass the argument to the con.

Definition: Bullying is intentional aggressive behavior. How can we discern this? Where do we draw the line? The pro must give these answers or this will be of no use.

(1)Learning to fight back helps children mature. http://www.dailymail.co.uk.... Studies have shown that people who are bullied have better character and know how to defend themselves better. But standing up to bullies and classroom enemies can help children develop, psychologists claim.

2. This is not really an argument but a personal story. When I was 7 I was very overweight and nonathletic and i was picked on for it. I got angry started playing sports and lifting weights and now I am starting for an 18 year old baseball team at the age of 15. I just had to say that.

I have proven a reason for bulling and countered his argument "There is no reason to have it legal."

I obviously know that it says that I forfeited. I know it says that. But I didn't. I don't know why it says I forfeited when I did not.

Bullying is already illegal, but the victims rarely report it because they are too scared of the bully.
