I think that customs should be allowed in tournaments because they give the game more diversity and make some weaker characters stronger like wii fit trainer or palutena

Since my opponent hasn't defined anything, I will define a few things.

strong: having great physical power and ability

weak: having little physical power or ability

think: to believe that something is true, that a particular situation exists, that something will happen, etc.

legal: allowed by the law or by the rules in a game

Currently my opponent hasn't proved anything because he "thinks" that customs in tournaments give more diversity and make weaker characters stronger.

Customs should not be legal in Smash 4 because they can make characters who many people already consider "strang," even stronger. This can lead to unbalanced fights when playing with a random character.

In tournaments this can also be a problem because sometimes when you fight a custom character you are not used to some of the moves they use. This can lead to trouble because it is hard to predict what move is coming next. In tournaments this can be boring because rounds can be fast and unexciting. Often the more exciting matches happen when there is a level playing field.

Because characters can become too powerful and tournaments could be unexciting, customs shouldn't be legal in Super Smash Brothers 4.
