Should cyber bullying be punishable by law? should they have to go to community service or counseling, etc?

In my opinion no. Things could be misconstrued and I feel it should be something more punishable by what there using (say someone was on facebook and someone was getting bullied then a facebook administrator would deal with the issue) as in being banned. I do believe there should be support for people who have been but to put a law to it, that's just going to far; honestly I think it should be something dealt more with parenting.
