Should drinking alcohol in public be banned?
-in restaurants
-amusement parks
-fast food restaurants

If you say yes (it should be illegal) why do you think so? What are your reasons?

If you think no (it should be allowed) why do you think so? What are your reasons?

I am assuming that you are talking about general drinking in the specified areas stated before, in the U.S.

I believe that a U.S. citizen should be allowed to drink in a public place, as long as it does not become public intoxication, (which is against the law.)

Banning public drinking in general would be taking away deserved freedoms from individuals, who may be mature enough to handle drinking without becoming intoxicated.

This is why I think drinking alcohol in public should not be banned.

I say it should be legal to an extent. In parks and other outdoor public areas, it's fine. When comes to places like courthouses, drinking shouldn't be allowed.
