it is a human life you are talking about hear not some sort of lab rat human testing is illegal for a reason and should stay that way forcing people to test drugs is a stupid idea the reason it is tested on cells and volunteers is because they are light drugs such at antibiotics or other sorts of medication along those lines but that is only done after a high amount of testing and after that things can still go wrong that is why people get paid a lot of money to do it and have to sign a form saying if something goes wrong you cannot sue us and so if it is done on criminals they are not getting paid and if something goes wrong there is nothing they can do and so what you are implementing is going along the lines of torture
