The topic is should the forts be turned into five star hotels. Well I must say that definitely its a much better choice for turning a fort into a good heritage hotel, so that it doesn't only get renovated, but also people can enjoy the naturality and the experience of living in a old historical fort, which is quite a good feeling. Now India is a great historical country and it has got forts in large number spread in the country. Also Rajasthan is the state famous for forts. Now many of them are just being turned into wrecks because of no maintenance. Government doesn't bother about it too much because people too aren't going there. But if they are being turned into heritage hotels or 5 star hotels, its a win-win situation because people will come there too due to natural beauty and the fort will be renovated too.
So I think that all such forts must be turned into hotels.

I accept the challenge

I strongly believe that the historical forts should not be turned into five star hotels as they are the natural heritage of our country and renovating these forts into five star hotels would destroy the natural beauty of these historical forts, which is the main reason for the attraction of the tourist and the locals. Other then that huge amount of money will be required to turn these historical forts into five star hotels and in the end we have a drop in number of tourist as those people have five star hotels in there native countries. One of the reason for attraction of tourist to India is because of its rich history, to see those historical forts as they are, see how they are made, learn more about the historical forts, not to enjoy five star hotel. The amount of money required for the maintenance of these historical forts will be far less. Turning these historical forts into five star hotel is like destroying our own natural heritage. If five star hotel is required it could be build somewhere in the surrounding areas, so people who go over there could stop by and pay a visit to these forts, but the forts themselves should not be turned into something else.
