Gay marriage shouldn't be legal in all the states, because it doesn't give humanity what it deserves, it should be legal, but in some states, because making it legal in every state it's gonna be easy for every man or woman to turn homosexual, because the law it's permitting it.

Let me begin with the end of your argument, "...it's gonna be easy for every man or woman to turn homosexual, because the law it's permitting it." I vehemently disagree that anyone can "turn" gay, as it has been established that the majority of homosexuals realize from a very early age that they are different. I reference http://www.redding.com... that gives us insight into the plight of young people in discovering their sexuality. It has been substantiated that the majority realize very early that they are different thus for one to "turn" gay is completely a falsehood. It is true that some are reared to believe that being homosexual is wrong thus they deny their own desires based solely on the beliefs of their parents and/or guardians but eventually they "come out of the closet" on their own. I disagree that anyone can "turn" gay.

I believe that gay marriage should be legal in all states simply because we cannot change what is in a person's mind nor heart by merely implementing laws. Homosexual couples exist everywhere, they continue to prosper and any such laws do not seem to hinder their personal or joined ability to thrive as a homosexual couple. Some say that marriage is "just a piece of paper," and in many ways I believe that. When two people fall in love marriage is simply a means to support total commitment to each other. It does very little otherwise aside from allowing one partner or the other to claim the other partner as a dependent, if that be the case. It is not until children are brought into the world of partnered people that taxes become less burdensome. Gay marriages should be held in the same light as any other marriage, it should be honored, preserved, and celebrated. If gay marriages aren't supported in one state, it is unlikely that it would be supported in any states, recent events are valid proof that it won't work unless it becomes a national commitment.

The law does not govern what is in one's heart, it may dictate what that individual may or may not do with the emotion, but overall it doesn't seem to matter, the gay community is strong and becoming stronger everyday, unfortunately for those that wish to govern these matters, it is not happening.
