Round 4=CONCLUSION.

Con

I accept. Thank you pro for instigating this debate.
I ask my opponent to amend the structure for round three to be rebuttals to arguments, so it is an actual debate, not just affirmative cases and conclusions.
I assume the Burden of Proof is shared because we must both make constructive cases, I am fine with that. I must prove that gay marriage should not be permitted by law while pro must prove they should be.
Due to a lack of specification on this resolution, my arguments will be based around the world, not only the US or "Western" countries.

Definitions:
gay marriage: marriage between partners of the same sex
should: must; ought [1]
legal: permitted by law

Thank you again, good luck pro.
