Pro

Government officials should highly focus on advances in school profits and higher education funds. If they focus more attention on schools and children most kids will have better equipment to learn and expand the brain to higher educated position. Most schools don't have the right funds to attract more students, also most teachers don't have the correct salary. In fact nearly 20% of teachers live on minimum wage because the government doesn't focus on the actual problem that most are facing being without financial support.

Although my opponent will take his own debate seriously I will. My argument can be summed up in my source.

I wonder how students in China, South Korea, Singapore and Japan manage to blow American kids out of the water with a fraction of the American education budget...

Reasons for voting decision: Despite Pro only arguing in one round, Con never refuted anything, and provided a link that doesn't work. So, Con ended up with no arguments. Conduct to Con for Pro's forfeits.
