In America people have to pay for healthcare in which can cause some financial for people who have little money or families in poverty. However steps have been taken to fix this issue like Obama care but with Donald Trump becoming president very soon it is likely that Trump will completely take away or partly take away Obama care. If Donald Trump only partly takes away Obama care it will have a major effect on who will be able to get healthcare (those who have the money for it) in the future.

I think it should be free purely due to the fact that people can't be denied healthcare just because they don't have the money and even if they are able to pay after treatments or operations they may not have the money to pay back which could make their lives very difficult financially.
