I'm not going to lie, I accidentally took this debate after I had just woken up, but I'll try to take part in it as much as I can without going against what I believe in...

Anyways, this debate requires the definition of "participate"... Since "participate" is just a broad term, it can vary between barely participating and completely participating, as well as how they are doing so. I believe people should know what religion is, why it was created and how it impacts today's world. I do not believe someone should be forced to have a religion or take part in any religious ceremonies or rituals.
