If teachers swear in front of students, it should only be fair that the students can also. I say this because I was written up for saying "damn" in class.

Con

If a teacher says "Damn" in front of students in a classroom it does not in turn allow the students to then say "Damn". This is because that word has a very vulgar and offensive meaning and comes from a religious word; Damnation. For children to be using language that is offensive to other religions is an abomination. A good teacher would not swear in front of her pupils anyway, for our world to be more equal, children should be required to not swear in class.
