I think kids should have electronics because you can't just make kids do nothing but work all day. They should only be able to use electronics at lunch, for relaxation! Studies show kids work better if their brain is relaxed, so why can't the school administration set up controlled rules for kids to be able to relax at lunch!

Welcome guys my opponent will explain why video games will not be allowed

Studies have shown that some kids are not trustworthy with technology. Since the years have passed by, technology has improved and hurt people. Some people would use the devices for good. Buts others, would get an addiction to technology. I am a student and I have seen people do something irrelevant on technology at school than use if for good. Bringing the device to school could pose for a distraction toward students. Therefore, we should NOT bring electronics to school. After all, schools are made for learning and not for playing.

Good job stating
My opinion is that students can learn more. Parents spend a lot money on electronics and they are at school most of the time so why not use them? On the electronics there are some learning apps and if the students are sick, the teacher can text or email the student the work so they can be where every body else is in their work.
Reasons
Every student looks forward to their lunch period because it"s the only period where they can actually relax during their hectic school day. Their first instinct is to pull out their music or their games. But wait"they can"t because one of the school authorities will take it away, how much of a bummer is that? Schools should let students relax for at least one period a day. Students should be allowed to use electronic devices during free periods such as lunch without getting in trouble by school administration.
Students should be able to use electronics in school because all they do is work, work, work. Working all day can be very crucial to the mind of students and they should have the opportunity to relax and listen to music they like and play the games they enjoy. Students need a break throughout the school day to unwind and relax. Studies prove that students are more focused and alert when their minds are relaxed.
Another reason students should be able to use electronics in school is because built up stress can lead to nervous breakdowns and students failing tests. With all of the pressure that comes from tests, quizzes, and etc. students need other activities to occupy themselves and keep away from breakdowns and stress overflows. Electronics also open up concentration and keenness within students. Concentration leads to better grades and better grades lead to a better educated generation and society.
In conclusion I think that kids should be allowed to bring electronics to relax have fun and study hard!

Thank you. Still, kids shouldn't bring electronics to school. Some kids get an addiction to their devices and can't go without a moment without texting or playing a new game that came out. Imagine what would happen if this student was taking a test and had a huge urge to play or text? He or she would become distracted from his test and maybe miss many questions. Many parents in the world blame Apple Inc. for "ruining" their child. Over the years that iPad, iPod, and other Apple products came out, many kids were becoming addicted and hooked onto these devices. Imagine this soon becoming worse and worse with every new electronic product that would come out! So parents, think before you buy your child a new device that he can bring to school and misuse.

Still video games can take a break from subjects such as math science or reading
There are a variety of opinions on whether students should be able to bring and use electronics in school or not but in the end, students should have the ability to bring and use their electronics. The administration should set up a system of rules based on the use of electronics. The other side makes fair points concerning the matter but the problems they bring up can be taken care of through rule enforcement and Faculty-Student understanding. Therefore students should be able to use to electronics during lunch because after all, we all need a break!
Also, you know that the ipod and phone are not all fun and games. They have educational values to them as well. There are apps that you can get that serve a huge educational purpose to them.
