Yes, music should be taught in public schools. Music has a big impact on a child's neurological cognition. Learning and instrument can also help you understand emotion.

I believe that music should not be taught in schools because there is no viable way of implementing such a procedure. If Pro could tell me a viable way then my argument would be wrong. If he does not admit this or forfeits the rest of the round then he has admited my point to be true and that warrants a loss of argumentation points as well as conduct.
