Organ donations after passing away should not be made compulsory because it is the deceased person's choice if they want to give away their organs or not. You cannot force someone to donate their organs, if they don't want to. It is every person's right to be able to choose whether or not they would like to carry out this process, you cannot tell someone to do something they aren't comfortable with. Organ donations should not be made compulsory after dying as it isn't anyone else's decision if a person wants to give away and donate their organs to someone else.

The people that are being donated the organ(s) NEED them to survive. If they dont it will probably conclude to death, then the surgeon (maybe even the hospital) being sued. There are more reasons

-ONE organ can save up to 8 lives

-Gives the person a second chance at life

-For the family of the deceased donor they feel a goodness from that tragedy-The organ(s) are transplanted into a young, deserving person.

Organ donations after passing away should not be compulsory. i understand that sick people need them to survive, but it should not be compulsory. What if someone has an unhealthy organ? Why should it be compulsory for them? If it isn't, why should it be compulsory for anyone else?
Also, it is their right to be able to choose whether they donate an organ. Instead of forcing someone to do something against their wishes, we should be raising awareness. You cannot force someone to do something that they do not want to do. It is their right to be able to choose whether or not they want to donate their organs after dying.
Some people may not want to donate their organs because of religious or spiritual reasons. They may believe in afterlife or reincarnation, that they need their organs after they die. Organ donations after passing away should not be made compulsory because you cannot tell someone that they need to something when it isn't illegal. Everyone has the right to be able to choose whether they want to donate their organs in order to save other people's lives. They may not want to because of religious or ethical reasons.
