Should people sacrifice time spent with their families in order to become more successful? If one spends more time working towards his or her goals, he will more likely become more successful. Obviously, people have to make sacrifices, but should time spent with family be one of them?

I belive its better to balance them because you may work all day and you may earn a lot of money but one day your mother or father will die and you will be sorry that you didnt spend time with them>same can be said for your kids you earn a lot of money but in the end you missed your kids cildhood you werent there when your kid became adult. These are stuff that happen once in a lifetime donot miss them.

Completely subjective debate. This can literally go nowhere. Objectivity is needed to prove something. All this will turn into is "I value success for my family because X!" "Well I value my family before success because Y." All the while there being nothing to objectively prove either X or Y being superior.
