If they can pass the drive test and prove that they are able to drive safely, then I think that's all that matters.

Thank you, Pro.

I believe that Pro’s conditions for allowing people to drive are poor. For instance, some drunk drivers have proven that they were able to pass a test (based on the suspension of licenses).[1]

I assume these people could drive decently, provided that they are not drunk.

Therefore, some drunk drivers are:
1. Able to pass a test.
2. Able (at least theoretically) to drive well.

But we should not let any drunk people drive because of an increased risk.[2]

Conclusion:

Pro’s conditions are poor, and the resolution has yet to be affirmed.

Contention: No one should be allowed to drive.

No one should be allowed be allowed to drive because there is always the risk of having an accident.[3]

Cars also emit gas, which ruins the environment.[4] Ergo, cars should be banned.

there is no reason they cannot drive. They should be allowed to.

if someone has no mental "illness" and becomes paranoid spontaneously, they are far more threatening than any mentally ill individual. Which makes all un-"ill" people a significant danger, and the diagnosed, stitually competent.
