This vote was considered by me because when I thought for a while that when students have study hall they have to go to another teacher's classroom. Then i thought " Shouldn't children have the same environment that is as planned out as regular classrooms as they have for there regular learning day?" So I am voting yes for this vote and I am exited to see what the rest of you think!

Con

I thank my opponent for this debate.

Well I think it largely depends on the school itself. In my school, we have a specific area for students to study. If you feel you need a specific area to study, perhaps you could sign a petition with your fellow classmates. After all, this is a free country.

If that isn't an option, maybe you could study in the library perhaps?

Con

Unfortunately, my opponent has forfeited the round

To sum up my argument, If you and several others feel that you need a study area, it would be a good idea to have a petition, and hand it to the authority of the school. The reason why some schools may not have it, is because they feel students wouldn't need it in the first place.

Reasons for voting decision: Well, the need for quiet studying areas is already addressed with libraries. But maybe they aren't in all schools. But con didn't forfeit.
