I am for students being taught at a faster rate. By faster as in they should be learning things in a shorter period of time.

I accept.

To clarify, this is spending less time to teach students in grades K-12?

Students are capable of learning faster than they already are. So why not teach them at a faster rate? Teaching goes at a snails pace in elementary school. For your whole kindergarten year you learn what a number is. You don't even learn to multiply until grade four which is absolutely ridiculous. Children have the capabilities to learn this stuff in a shorter period of time.

Learning should start young and it should be fast. Going at a snails pace from the beginning has created a generation who is used to everything being so easy. If students learned everything faster, then their school time could be shorter by years.

Students waste their whole childhood at a school but if we could fast forward the teaching then they wouldn't have to spend so much time at school. Imagine graduating from medical school years earlier. That means that you'll retire years earlier too.

Faster teaching is beneficial to students all around America. It quickens the pace of things and creates a younger generation of students who are intelligent.
