Pro

I think that it should not be based on that because the kids could be doing this on purpose because they do not like their teacher. This would then cause them to get poor.
TheJuniorVarsityNovice

Con

The opponent has created a round where the first round is the last round, the last round is always rebutals and thus the opponent has created a round where new arguments are posted in the rebutals. they cannot counted as arguments as so and therefore every one of the 7 point indicators must be eliminated except for the conduct point which should go to me, as the other team has cheated. thank you

Con's argument was invalid, as it was Pro's decision to build it like that. If I were in this type of debate (with only 1 round), I'd rebut that argument, while supporting my own argument. My argument cannot be refuted, therefore I'd win. Con chose to accuse Pro of "cheating" and goes on a mini-rant.

Reasons for voting decision: Con accepted this debate with completely unsporting intent. If he did not approve of Pro's debate structure, he shouldn't have joined. The way he went about this was underhanded.

Reasons for voting decision: Con could have at least made an argument instead of complaining. Spelling/Grammar was not that good for both of you, but Pro's was slightly less offending.
