Technology should be allowed in schools because it is an easier way of learning. Instead of writing for every period and children can write and then take a picture of their notes in case of any mishaps.

technology must be defined for this debate . a phone is not new or groundbreaking and almost every teacher will let you take a picture of the notes in case you cant write all down. An easier way of learning is not a better way of learning. a better way would be to use technology as a way of learning. websites and apps which can further an education.

>the real problem is can teachers truly rein in on misuses of technology. true a student can be forced to sign a contract before using many technological tools the school may provide. Unfortunately, it is also true that students aren't going to uphold the contract. Any number of students can violate any imposed sanctions and will do so.

>computers, I-pads, etc. are distractions to students. students cannot focus on learning through apps and internet-based learning apparatus. Any lack of interest in the slightest will be followed with complete and utter negligence to learning.

Although the technology may be distracting there are apps that help children understand a certain lesson. Fir example if a young boy could not understand words as well as everyone else there are applications that are specifically for that topic.
