i ma really looking forward to this debate seeing as almost everyone that i talk to thinks that the death penalty should be banned everywhere for moral reasons, i believe that it would be immoral not to make murders pay for their crimes, let the games begin. who can challenge?

Implementing the death penalty everywhere would cause a financial issue not only to the fact that prison guards demand would decrease but also the people working to treat the people who would otherwise receive the death penalty would loose they're job as well. in jail, they make the country jobs it's the sad truth but still the truth. Although the approximate total of inmates is 2.4 million and $21,000-$33,000 per inmate (average) pending on the security ratings according to the Washington Post but this money is for the guards as well, and not all inmates will receive the death penalty . so as vengefully satisfying as the death penalty is using them for money will be more profitable.

your argument is completely irrelevant to the moral debate, by the way the death penalty actually increases jobs, due to the extra amount of legal appeals and court dates that are needed to prove that the one being prosecuted is in fact under a guilty verdict. right now the number of prisons we have is out of hand. we spend so much money in keeping inmates incarcerated that in the long run using the death penalty will indeed save us money, due to the fact that we wont have to continue building new prisons which needs prison staff. the issue of security losing their jobs over this is not even an issue because which ever guards are in place right now will always be needed because of the "in with the new, and out with the old" concept. this means that when inmates have been executed there will be others to take their place. so the country technically is just cleaning up the streets. people are not actually losing their jobs

Moral- concerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character.(adj.dictionary)-in life morals are either present or absent ,no middle ground can exist functionally. Therefore we the people decide between a country manifesting high principles for proper conduct or the opposite of . Applying
the death penalty will scare morality from the people for we can not count morality one at a time but all or nothing because idea's don't discriminate they come to all who think and only one being can't think, the dead so if you kill one person two people loose they're good moral's.
