1st round is acceptance. 2nd round is points. No responding. Just the points you have. 3rd is for rebuttals. 4th is to thank each other for the debate. Simple enough right?

-The Internet is a free place.
The internet is an open domain. No one owns the internet. People can go on the internet and are free to say what they want.
-Who gets the power to decide what needs to be censored?
Because no one owns the internet, no one should be able to censor it. The one who censors the internet has more power than other users which is not fair.
Those are my two points on why it should not be censored.
