Putting more limitations on the right to bear arms is pointless. The people who are going to follow arm-bearing laws are very likely in fact almost certainly going to follow other laws. Putting limitations on the right to bear arms only negatively impacts law-abiding gun owners.
Whereas, those who own guns illegally or are committed to break the law will probably break gun laws/limitations too. Limiting the right to bear arms will do absolutely nothing to the armbearers that this limitation is obviously targeting: the lawbreakers, the killers, etc.
The what makes you think the lawbreakers will follow gun laws out of the ordinary of all the laws. People who intentionally break laws generally don't give two pennies for what a law says that they can or can't do.

The illegal arms trade will always be there to supply these lawbreakers with what they want. Limitations are pointess.

Since I was the only one to have presented any affirmative case at all, I win. Vote CON. :)

If we put more limitations on legal gun ownership, then it will be harder for people to legally gain a weapon, possibly causing incentive for people to gain one illegally, or making some people give up in trying to get a gun.
