Con

I believe that this debate is totally illegal for this to happen. This website should be illegal too. Sharing your own opinions is for losers.
dsjpk5

Pro

All debates should be legal because of their connection to utilitarianism. This means "the only effects of actions that are relevant are the good and bad results that they produce." [1]

Bad Results of Debate:

None

Good Results of Debate:

Debaters gain critical thinking skills [2]

In conclusion, since I'm the only one who made an argument, I win by default.

Reasons for voting decision: I actually thought this debate would be something illegal when I first read it, like a debate about killing the President. So I agreed with Con at first. But then I realized it was completely fine, so I agree with dsjpk5 after the debate. ialwayswinnomatterwut called a lot of people (and himself) losers, so he loses conduct. Grammar is tied, and Pro pulls some good arguments, even though I disagree with one point a little, but anyways he has good sources, too.

Reasons for voting decision: Con argued that sharing opinions is for losers, pro countered that it is in fact for winners (via ethical utilitarianism). A bare assertion, vs an actual argument... No contest.
