It is dangerous - watch GASLAND for a start and the benefits to the U.K are dismal. For all the environmental damage we would receive 4% off our gas bills and less than a billion pounds to all our communities whilst the shareholders and executive 1% would be laughing all the way to the bank.

BAN IT NOW, I SAY.

The movie 'Gasland' is actually horrendously misguided and deceitful.

The movie was filmed in a part of America that had long had issues with groundwater contamination due to methane leakage into local water supplies. The very man who appeared in the movie Gasland who lit the water on fire had his water checked out by the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, and even they concluded that fracking had nothing to do with the phenomenon, it was again methane leakage caused by the water well penetrating several layers of coal beds...

Fracking is completely safe and Gasland is a very inaccurate and deceitful film... UK should consider Fracking, and not ban it

"Fracking" is a word (noun), "frack" is not a word, and "frak" is an expletive in the newer "Battlestar Galactica" tv series (http://en.wikipedia.org...). Just thought you should know, so that you can fix it before you seem to be saying something quite rude to the UK in sci-fi lingo XP
