Con

The United States should cut taxes on the rich for a variety of reasons.

1) The rich worked long and hard for their money, and who are we to tell them that they have enough?
2) A lot of rich people accumulate serious debt on their path to be rich.
3) The more money the rich make, the more people that are employed. When the country puts regulation on businesses the company needs to find a way to pay for it.
4) Why are people who do not pay tax voting for tax increases?

I believe the rich should be taxed more. They have a ton of money to spend and what damage would a few taxes do? Also, Many people use the Argument that the Rich worked "Long and Very Hard" for their money. This may be true, however many low-income and middle class families work very, very hard as well to earn little pay. Other times people are just born into a wealthy family and do not need to work or there are many sketchy Business men (Cough, Cough, Donald Trump) who make a fortune cheating other people. The more the rich make, the richer they become. They do not have to employ people they do not have to do anything. They will most likely do anything that will save them money because they look at most things from a business standpoint.
