Thank you con for accepting the challenge!
round 2 will compromise of opening statements and arguments. Con shall not debate against anything pro has posted in round 2 to keep the argument count equal.
Round 3 will compromise of offensive and defensive arguments that can be of round 2 and round 3 arguments.
Round 4 will compromise of offensive and defensive arguments from round 3. Arguments that were not mentioned and/or started in round 3 shall not be mentioned as to keep the debate fair.
Let us begin!
There is really no reason why women should not be in the military. Women should be allowed to participate in the combat that the men are participating in already in the military. There is no reason that if a woman that meets the same requirements that a man does, physically and mentally, she should not be allowed into the military. In fact, women are better at advocate jobs than man are, on average.
One big advantage is expressed in the missions that the military goes through. Most missions have a very specific talent criterion that needs to be met by everyone participating to be successful. If women are apart of the talent pool in the military, more missions would be successful and that would strengthen the military's force.
All future recruitment droughts would be successfully retarded by the opening of the door to the woman to join the military. There would be less need for recruits because there would be more recruits, thus making the droughts less severe.

Thank you for accepting this debate con, it is now your turn

Not really a meaningless solution...
It is analyzing the ethicallity and morality of the subject

I'll debate you on this. But only if you change your topic wording - women have been in combat many times, so this is a meaningless resolution.....
