I am Going To Troll This,
Lets assume that spitting in public means that you are spitting on someone and that it instantly kills them, futhermore i instantly melts like acid through any substance. beat that whoever takes this.

I suppose since I have no experience on this site, why not start here, not that this topic serves any educational purpose.

Since the con side provides no definitions I'll define spitting as:

To Eject saliva forcibly from one's mouth, sometimes as a gesture of contempt or anger.

I believe you should be allowed to spit in public under specific circumstances. But to utterly disallow spitting entirely is to pretend as if exceptions don't exist. Moreover does vomiting not somewhat fall in to a similar category, can we fine people who involuntarily regurgitate in public? What about spitting while talking? A unintentional and perhaps uncontrollable means of spitting in public.

Also I ask that we disregard the Con's first argument's entirely. Occam's Razor tells us that "Our explanations of things should minimize unsupported assumptions." Since he begins his argument with let's Assume, it is clearly the least desirable explanation.

I hardly see how you could possibly win the round, considering you clearly have made no argument or even somewhat substantive claim. And I agree with the Con on one thing, Vote pro.

I think Con needs to stop making these undebatable stupid topics to get free wins. "The 800m race is harder than the 400m race" Really? Con needs to debate something debatable.
