Many people suggest that popularity and social power/prowess are directly proportional.

I have a slightly different outlook on the matter which I would like to address in Round 2 and not allow my opponent significant time to prepare a counter argument for.

My opponent is free to pose an argument in Round 1 or can use is for acceptance.

The topic is quite intriguing. I will be happy to debate on it although I might not be 100% pro about it. I have the feeling that before this debate ends the two of us and hopefully the audience will have reached a higher truth on the matter.
Looking forward to your position on the matter.
