well ghost rider has a moterbike for a start spawn doesnt

Again this will not matter even if Ghost rider has a boat since Spawn is almost impossible to kill

well that wont help him because the fight will be on earth that just means he can run away quicker after ghost rider has pownded him it is said that god created ghost rider and only god can destroy him so that being said how is spawn goin to beat him ? plus he can atack with hellfire witch damages the sole and can lift around 25 tuns so beat that spawn lol :)

Nope it means Spawn can fly teleport and regenerate and have infinte power and endurance which means Ghost Rider will not be able to land a hit on Spawn Divine Spawn a much weaker spawn lifts an entire building which wieghs 200 tons how does Ghost rider compare again hmmmm 175 tons of difference again no proof to support this claim you yourslef say ITS IS SAID by whom you or a guy who is a big fan of ghost rider.OH and look I just searched wiki and found out nothing about God being the only one being able to kill Ghostider and look if Ghost rider uses the penance stare on somebody with no soul like Spawn he will be unconsious and die because Spawn will utterly destroy him in this state

yes but only god can kill ghost rider regardless if god can be killed or not also there is more than one ghost rider danny ketch can use the pennance stare witch would make spawn tremble with fear and ghost rider is said to be nearly emortal so i think two ghost riders would be more then a match for spawn the would just fire hellfire at him and destroy his soul

I have already explained in my past post pennace stare if he uses this on Spawn which has no soul will utterly be a lose to Ghost rider since it will render him unconsious or in a death like state which will give time for Spawn to kill Ghost Rider since you have not given proof in how come only God can kill Ghost Rider and so there cannot be 2 ghost riders at the same time you misunderstood this fact danny kench is a part of the ghost rider and can turn fully into the ghost rider at will not 2 different ghost riders

Spawn wins this match for this following reasons
1.Can be described as Immortal
2.There was no proof that only God can kill Ghost Rider or are you pointing at the movie tsktsktsk the comics tell the canon truth the movies make stuff up and PIS on the true facts
3.Spawn can only move at 500 miles per hour while Spawn can move at light speed via teleportation
4.His symbiote suit itself protects him without his own will so How will Ghost Rider harm him
5.Again Spawn can simply bite on the apple of eden and alreayd by much much much stronger than God and Satan in the spawn universe which exceeds Ghost Rider thus being able to kill him
