If person is not able to bear pregnancy there is no reason to insist on having a child via surrogacy. Creation of new life is a miracle and blessing. Infertility on the other hand is without doubt sad circumstance for any person. But it is a fact and it should be accepted. With surrogacy we are trying to conquer nature causing destruction of natural selection. We are creating population from genes that are not made to be spread.

Why not? This is a free country and I agree that infertility is horrible, but how are bad genes being passed on? You do understand how surrogate mothers work right? It is when a woman bears a child and gives it away to an infertile mother, the main point of surrogate mothers is that they birth the baby FOR the woman who is infertile. This means that the only genes being passed on are the ones from the male sperm and the surrogate mother. So how are bad genes being passed on? Unless of course you mean gestational surrogacy and if so, then we do that all the time by saving people with bad immune systems and other problems with medicine.

I meant gestational surrogacy when an embryo created by in vitro fertilization (IVF) technology is implanted in a surrogate.
If you first need to create embryo in laboratory and than additionally implant it in someone who can carry this pregnancy I cannot see positive side of this process. If women's body is not made to have a child then she should not have it.
Quality and happiness of life do not depend on whether you have a child or not.
Medicine does have influence on longevity of person and it does interfere with natural selection also (and is another theme for discussion definitely) but medicine takes care of someone who is already born. This is first difference.
From other point of view it is like saying that it is ok to, for example, trow a plastic bottle in sea because it is already polluted.
