All the people should stop to be a vegetarian. People should eat some meats too. It's not about how healthy vegetable or the vegetable more healthier than meat. It's about how to balance the nutrients from vegetable and meat itself.
which nutrients found in meat do you not find in vegetables. your argument does not hold because if you want to talk about proteins we have the soy beans to give you that balance in your diet. it can come in much the same form as it would from cattle, for instance, you can even have the proteins in the form of soy milk or if you want to get this debate to fats as nutrients you find that we have what are called omega 3 fatty acids found in plants. so going vegetarian is pretty much the whole deal if you want to enjoy a longer, healthier and satisfactory life.
