HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a virus who attack the immune system in human body and it can bringing on AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). Status is a title that the people have about something. Made public means that inform all the people or socialization about something. HIV is the first killer in the world and it's very dangerous, so that's why to decrease the number of sufferer of HIV the government should make distance between a people who are healthy and who are suffer HIV.

Ya, good question. so many ways to make public of someone status. likes in ID card, and made rule that someone who suffer HIV to expose their status and if they are not doing that they will given punishment for consequence.

Unless you can outline the exact way you would implement and enforce this in a country then I see no practical application of it.

Also, I do not see why you should do this if you don't make people put 'I currently have to flu' on their ID card since that can be spread sexually too.

You're going to be wasting taxpayer's money on something that hurts the feelings of the infected and really is hypocritical since almost every 'normal' disease is sexually transmitted too.

Actually, there no country implement this program yet. So, that's way, to see the practical applications of that we should try to do this. Because this is the best way to decrease the number of infected.
This way, can help the medical injection or the medical service. Cause the blood also can transmitted the HIV. So in some situation also, if we want to help someone incident too it's danger if we don't know weather they are infected or not.
So how U can decrease the HIV?
