This House Would not enact the Burmese governments two child policy on Muslim families.

Definitions

"The Burmese government"s two child policy" is a policy that some local officials in Rakhine state wish to apply to only the Muslim residents two predominantly Muslim townships Buthidaung and Maundaw which are about 95 per cent Muslim.. The policy is to be applied only to the Muslim population; the local officials have not yet said how it will be enforced.
I would appreciate it if my opponent would suggest a means of enforcement.

More on the policy can be found at:

Hello my good sir. I look forward to our glorious argument that will shake the very foundations of SOCIETY! I am actually a Muslim myself so it's quite obvious that I'd disagree with this.

How could this be enforced? Well I'd be quite hard to do it without being a police state. I mean China's one child policy is just barbaric, with its forced abortions and such, along with India's forced sterilization and they're the only ones who have been tried. I can't imagine a humane way of doing it.

That is an important prop line, I wont go into it here (I am prop in this debate after all) but there are problems with trying to provide education and family planning.

If they wanted to lower the amount of muslims in their country then they should focus on education, that's a sure way.
