I believe that the death penalty should be abolished. Solitary confinement is a much better way to deal with criminals who are a threat to everyone around them.

Although people may say that the death penalty is unnecessary and cruel punishment, the death penalty should not be abolished. Just because someone gets sent to jail, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will stop them from doing it again once they get out. If a person gets out of jail and keeps committing crimes and murders people they need to a little taste of their own medicine and should not be considered unnecessary and cruel punishment instead of the cycle happening all over again.

Although criminals may commit crime again once they get out of jail, you're forgetting that they don't always have to get out of jail. What is more, if criminals are morally educated in jail, they will be less likely to commit crime once they are released.

Inside of jail, if a criminal is likely to harm other inmates, he can be put into solitary confinement, for an indefinite length of time.

Our common defense is that Capital punishment is the last punishment you will never be able to remember.

The freedom of speech make abolishing the death penalty impossible. As a criminal will always take the liberty to impose a death penalty on a victim. The United States judicial Separation describes and such act taken by a criminal as Capital Punishment. It is the maximum punishment that a person can ever be given as nature state a Capital punishment as a punishment that can be only conducted once. Meaning the punishment must only insure that the one person receiving that punishment can not as that person ever return to receive the same punishment a second time again.

the argument of debate is to describe such a punishment to take this place. Life in prison is torture, as incarceration for life means a perpetual punishment conducted day, after day, after day. As it is simple easier to justify torture that is prolong in small amounts of cruelty.

I love to read these type of debate the State of the Union is for us to describe a punishment which in the end becomes the highest level that can be reached.
