The Federal Reserve had no motive to secretly send money to other nations. Its national standing and profits depend on the strength of the dollar, the stability of the American banking industry, the credit standing of American consumers, the employment rate of American workers, and the stability of American interest rates. An injury to the American economy is an injury to the Federal Reserve.

The government protects its money supply very carefully. The National Security Administration can access texts, phone calls, emails, security footage, and general correspondence of the Federal Reserve. Without hiring the fictitious Impossible Mission Force, the Federal Reserve would never get away with smuggling large amounts of cash to foreign nations.

There is no evidence that large amounts of cash - in the millions, billions, or trillions - went missing from the Federal Reserve in 2009. We cannot establish that $17 trillion was stolen unless $17 trillion went missing.

The burdern of proof is on the accuser, and Pro has made no case.
