I'm not a Democrat, nor a republican, nor an Independent. I don't have any political affiliation what's so ever. I'm simply a person who is fascinated by the political process in this Country.

I came to the United States 7 years ago with one goal in mind is to better my life and live the American Dream as I heard about it so much growing up thousands of miles away in small country in North Africa Called Tunisia.

While I was working very hard to realize my dream(the American Dream) I become fascinated by the democracy in this wonderful country.

Coming from a country where dictatorship is the dominant political party I sure loved the political process in this country with all its flaws.

I have mixed feelings about democrats, republicans and independents, so I will like for someone from each major party to debate me on the issues, values and character of their party may be they convince me to join and register to vote for their candidate. Thanks.

I am a member from the reform party, however, if you are limiting it do D, R, and I, I am an Independent. I have left-wing social views, and right-wing fiscal views. For more detail on my positions, please visit my profile.

Both major parties - Democrats and Republicans - are founded on noble ideas. However, people have different opinions as to which implemented values actually work for this country. This is problematic for a few reasons. First, different ideologies may work better at different times. Second, often questions about morals and ethics arise -- a complicated issue indeed (!) where most people do not agree. For instance, in terms of the economy, is it more important to help the masses and majority who are struggling - or - to protect the rights of individuals who wish to (legally, and perhaps ethically) capitalize on their economic prowess? These are just some of the many issues that stand in the way of a true and definitive "right" party.
