Are you against any gun regulations or just a statute requiring that you make sure someone isn't a murder or rapist before they own a dangerous weapon.

Sorry, should have been more specific. I mean all gun sales and transfers of ownership.

You realize of course that when you say "all sales and transfers of ownership" that would perforce include the sale of a package of gum? Do you really expect anyone to support a credit check in a line at a convenience store? Perhaps you could be more precise as to which sales and transfers you mean.
