I will accept your challenge.

I disagree with your statement because the United States of America is not one of the worst countries in the world. Between the years of 2007-2008, the entire world went through a recession (source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org...). The recession affected many US citizens, however, the economy has since been rising to the point that now everywhere we look, there is a job offering.

Here in America, women are not looked at as an object like in some countries such as some Middle Eastern countries (source: http://www.theatlantic.com...). In fact, us women are seen with potential.

Here in America, we try our hardest to prevent the physical and mental harm against both animals and humans, therefore, I will say America is not one of the worst countries in the world.

Thank you for accepting my debate. As said in the first round, I will start with my constructive argument. Then, Con may start its rebuttals. Always respect. I will be debating as Pro/For "The United States of America is one of the Worst Countries". I will provide effective facts regarding my statement. I assume you started your constructive argument, however, you failed to provide sources for your arguments.

The United States of America is the country that violates the United Nation's "Human Rights"

The United States of America was declared the country that has most violated the "Human Rights" by the United Nations. The first Human right, that the USA failed to comply, was "Elementary Human Right to life, and to support to others". The United States, provides poorly defends on the accused. For example, in a case held in 1986, Donald Raybolds and Billy Waldell, were sentenced to death, for being authors of violation. Eleven years later they were declared innocent by a ADN test. Secondly, the United States of American Police violates, the Human right for "Human right to liberty, and to physical integrity. Not long ago, a person from Haiti, was brutally injured, and tortured by the New York Police for carrying what it turned out to be a water gun.

We can get to the conclusion that the United States of America is the country that most violates the Human Rights written by the UN.

American arrogance and ignorance

Americans have been know for always saying that they are number 1 on everything. Thus, they think of latinos (whoever speaks Spanish), as Mexicans. Americans assume that latinos or Mexicans are the ones that bring crime to them. This is nonsense, crime is everywhere. Rape, robbery, murder, all come from the world. They may think they are the center of the world but they're not. I can just come in and speak Spanish on a social media application and suddenly assume i'm Mexican.
Who reminds me of this? Probably Donald Trump.

The United States of America, Crime.

The Soviet Union achieved to have jailed around 18 million people during its time. In the United States of America, in 2009, a number of 7 million were jailed. However, if we add up all the past jailed people, it reaches an amount of 19 million people jailed. Therefore, we can say that the United States of America has jailed more people than the Soviet Union has ever jailed.

The conclusion may be that the United States of America has jailed about one million more people than the Soviet Union.

That is it for my first argument. As you examine my sources, they are on Spanish, that's because, I actually searched them in English, but, I didn't find anything. Obviously, Americans would never say something against them.

You claim that Americans unquestionably assume that all Mexicans cause crimes to them, which is a true statement, although the stereotypes have good reasoning: Mexican foreign aliens committed 611,234 unique crimes in Texas from 2008 to 2014, including thousands of homicides and sexual assaults. (Source: http://pjmedia.com...). I believe that we should respect each person, and give them a chance, however, it is hard to find true good people who will not harm the Americans. We should not block them all out. I also disagree with Trump's decisions, and I disagree with Carson.

As Carson is a conservative, he is not here to please the immigrants or younger generation (source for Carson: http://www.inquisitr.com...).

While America has the highest prison population (source: http://news.bbc.co.uk...), Honduras' homicide rate of 90.4 per 100,000 is the highest in the world. (Source: http://www.huffingtonpost.com...).

My opponent failed to refute all of my arguments, now I shall address his claims. This will be a very short argument. I will regard my past arguments with more facts.

American Ignorance and Arrogance to the rest of the World.

You say the word "Americans", as if it were only the people from the United States. However, the United States of America represents nothing of the real America. America's body is made of latinoamericans, not the United States. It saddens me to see that Americans think we live in caves, and that we represent drugs, robbery, rape etc. They say to Puerto Ricans, that they're mediocre, when they work twice as much as any person on the United States. Puerto Rico was just hit with a terrible water crisis. Puerto Rico would be a much better place if the United States did something to help them, but the thing is, they don't care. They laugh at them because of their debt, when the United States of America is at a prodigious external debt of seventeen trillion dollars. Even Americans themselves say "The World is right to hate us."

Crime in the United States.

There have been actually much more massacres of torture in the United States than any other country. There have been bodies stuffed in beds, completely drained of blood, etc. "Mexicans bring murder, rape, and crime". This phrase is true, however, the United States has completely ignore the crime that happens in their country. You would be glad to hear that the United States' crime has decreased recently.

Conclusion: America is made of latinoamericans, not the people from the United States. The United States' arrogance is increasing very much.

I will not be able to address you anymore, since this is the third round. I wish you good luck.

It seems this debate has turned into "crime in America" rather than "The United States of America is one of the worst countries."

If this was not round three, I would ask what does the term "real American" mean to you? I would say a "real American" is someone who is born and raised in America, just as if an American moved to Scotland, they would not be Scottish, they would be an American immigrant.

We acknowledge the crimes created by Americans, the proof is in school shootings. The US averages 1 shooting every 5 weeks. (http://www.cnn.com...).

Obama may be a horrible president, and I am sorry that he does not help people such as the Puerto Ricans, but we do not blame Russians for Putin's behaviors. There are May problems in the world that Obama has no taken care of, even in America, such as the Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill.

My conclusion is, America is not on of the worst countries, we currently have a horrible president.

4 points to Con (Conduct, S&G, Sources). Reasons for voting decision: Pro was victim to emotional bias and a disrespectful attitude toward the debate itself. His arguments made little sense and failed to strengthen his position. At one point, he accused Con not using sources, when in fact she had used two by then. Pro himself cited mostly biased magazine articles and blogs. As for convincing arguments, Con only refuted some of Pro's errors while not really defending her side of the debate, so I deem it a tie. But Con should win since she used official news websites and superior grammar.

[*Reason for removal*] (1) S&G is far too vague. Merely stating that one side used "superior grammar" is insufficient; S&G can only be allocated when one side's arguments are difficult to read/understand. (2) Source points are also vague. The voter must justify giving those points to a given side, and in this case has only stated problems with the other side's sources.

3 points to Pro (Arguments). Reasons for voting decision: Both did good

[*Reason for removal*] Not an RFD. The voter merely states their perception of the arguments given by both sides, and then doesn't explain the decision.

On Con's side on round 1, Con can start his constructive argument, not only his acceptance.

Is R1 for arguments or can you only do acceptance in that round?
